Subscription and billing terms
Subscription prices, billing intervals, setup fees, renewal dates, support scope and cancellation rights are stated in the applicable proposal, order form or product agreement. A displayed monthly price is informational until a written order or checkout confirms the selected plan and terms.
One-time setup fees are separate from recurring subscription charges. Taxes, payment processing fees, refunds, service suspension rules and renewal terms must be confirmed in the applicable agreement. This page is a general template and requires legal review before reliance.
